Shipping policy

At Little Birdie Golf Co., we’re excited to get your gear out on the course as quickly as possible! All orders are shipped within 24 hours of being placed, unless the order was made over the weekend. Orders placed on Friday after 12 PM, Saturday, or Sunday will ship the following Monday. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.


Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order total and location. We currently offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $75. For orders under that amount, Shopify will display available shipping options and costs at checkout. All orders ship from our fulfillment center in Utah, and delivery times typically range from 3–5 business days depending on your location and carrier.


At this time, we only ship within the United States, but we’re working on expanding to international destinations soon. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or promotions folder before reaching out.


If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery or expected delivery date so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue. You can reach us anytime at support@littlebirdiegolfco.com.


Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed, and we are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
